“I think at the end of the day taxpayers are looking for better service delivery,safer neighborhoods and a modernization of City Hall,” said Reed, who also plans to establish a citizen-led Bond Oversight Committee as part of the legislation. 

“But before we introduce this goes through the legislative process and long before it reaches the ballot, we want to start engaging and educating residents. We want residents to be a part of the process from beginning to end.”
