Tammie’s Mint Mango Smoothie

1 8 oz. cup of Mango – fresh or frozen
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
The juice of one lime
2 cups of plain yogurt
½ teaspoon of Cardamon
½ teaspoon Star Anise
Blend until smooth and enjoy! Garnish with Mint leaves.
