After a lot of backlash and criticism, these "Baby Daddy" cards have been pulled and Target apologized. Not surprised.

Some found the card to be inappropriate, while others didn’t view it as a big deal. _____________________________________ In the end, the cards are being pulled from shelves as Greeting Card Company, #AmericanGreeting, and #Target are issuing an apology. _____________________________________ According to @cbsnews, American Greeting said their attempt of being “playful,” completely missed its mark, resulting to the cards being pulled from shelves nationwide. _____________________________________ The front of the card reads the phrase, “Baby Daddy,” with an African American couple kissing, as the inside reads, “You're a wonderful husband and father -- and I'm so grateful to have you as my partner, my friend, and my baby daddy! Happy Father's Day.” _____________________________________ American Greeting responded to the backlash and said, “Thank you for raising this concern and bringing it to our attention. This card was intended to be a playful husband card, but we have notified the product team that it missed the mark.
