Trey Songz Confirms He's A Dad — Shares Photo Of His Son Noah

Trey Songz is a dad!

The R&B singer confirmed the arrival of his first child on Instagram late Thursday (May 16), hours after hinting at the news. "My son Noah. We are blessed and overjoyed. Peace 🙏🏾," Trey captioned a close-up photo of his beautiful baby boy.

As previously reported, Trigga teased fans Thursday afternoon, when he shared a picture of his newborn son's foot in his hand with no explanation, just the caption: "💙." The post immediately sent his fans into a state of shock, especially after a few of Trey's famous friends showered him with congratulatory messages in the comment section of his Instagram post.

As fans know, Trey has spoken about becoming a father for some time now. "Man I want kids. I've been wanting children before you could even imagine," he told Charlamagne tha God in 2015. "I raised all the kids in my family. My younger brother, he's 20-years-old, he just had his first child. I remember when he was a child. I used to burp him change his diapers, now he got a baby, so…"

While Trey was admittedly excited to have children, he added that he didn't want to hurry into starting a family with just anyone. "I'm not in a rush to do it because people think that's what should be happening in my life or that I need kids or my momma been begging me for a gran baby or any of that, I just want to make sure that it's the right decision," he shared.
