This is disturbing video now taken down from Facebook of a mom allegedly taping her 2-year-old son to the wall so she could get some cleaning done. Cops say she also taped his mouth shut. Investigators were tipped off to the video by a local news station in the Columbus, Ohio area. 18-year-old Shayla Rudolph was arrested and charged with abduction.
