Melvin Crispell III Debuts His Brand New Uplifting Hymn 'Alright'

Melvin Crispell III

Melvin Crispell III returns with his new son, and it's iHeartRadio's latest World Premiere.

On Thursday, February 16, the rising gospel singer shared his new single "Alright" exclusively via iHeartRadio. The song will play on all iHeart gospel stations across the country ahead of the song's official release on Friday. "Alright" is the first offering from his upcoming live album No Failure, which is set to drop on June 16 during Black Music Month. Crispell's new record comes two years after the release of his previous single "The Blessing" featuring Maranda Curtis. Prior to that, the 25-year-old released his debut album I've Got a Testimony in 2020 via RCA Inspiration.

No Failure is set to give fans a better understanding of the man he's become. The project contains 10 tracks with contributions from Maranda Curtis and Joshua Copeland. You can hear him break free from his comfort zone as he croons about all the ups and downs in his life. To him, the album is a sure sign of hope and an outstanding remind that "there's no failure in Him."

The arrival of his new song comes just days before the Sunday's Best winner is scheduled to appear at Celebrate Gospel music festival at the Fantasyland Theatre at Disneyland on February 18 and 25. For the February 18 show, Crispell is expected to share the stage with Jekalyn Carr and Sacred Groove. It's part of the Anaheim theme park's Black History Month celebrations at Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and Disney hotels.
