The Weeknd & Post Malone Drop Video For "One Right Now"

Post Malone and The Weeknd’s, "One Right Now," music video sees the superstars face off against one another in a deadly shootout.

Directed by Tanu Muino, Which sees Post open fire on a crew of Weeknd lookalikes. Post and The WeeKND square off against one another for a bloody battle.

"One Right Now" serves as the lead single from Malone's upcoming fourth studio album, while it's one of The WeeKND's many collaborations in recent weeks,as he dropped team-ups with Swedish House Mafia and Rosalía, which are appetizers as we wait for the follow-up to After Hours.

The Weeknd announced a stadium tour for the summer of 2022 in order to hit stadiums instead of arenas.

"The tour dates are moving and will commence in the summer of 2022," he wrote in his caption. "Due to constraints of arenas and the demand for more shows I want to do something bigger and special for you which requires stadiums. Current tickets will be refunded automatically and all ticket holders will be given priority to buy tickets for the stadium shows when they go on sale. New dates forthcoming."

His follow-up to After Hours. “is complete,” he revealed. “Only thing missing is a couple of characters that are key to the narrative. Some people that are near and dear to me, some people that inspired my life as a child…and some that inspire me now.”

A stadium tour would give The WeeKND the largest tour for a R&B artist in some time.

The Weeknd dropped a video for his single, "Take My Breath" earlier this year.

The video came with a warning for epileptics due to its intense strobing effects and was scheduled to play in IMAX theaters before the opening of The Suicide Squad, but the clip was pulled as the effects appeared to be too much.

"Songs that tell stories and create worlds have always been why people get lost in music. I always try to immerse myself in that tradition and foster that escapism," The Weeknd explained.

"Take My Breath" is The Weeknd's first new song since After Hours, and leads to his new era, which is "the album [he's] always wanted to make."

He wiped his Instagram, and announced the new era.

"F**k it … IT STARTS TONIGHT".

He, dropped a two-minute clip of the new song with a teaser titled, “The Dawn Is Coming.”

Last month, he gave an update on the project:

"we gettin’ there. really proud of this one. wow..."

The Weeknd confirmed that the album is a full-length LP, and a follow-up to "Blinding Lights".

“Like I said before, the After Hours are done and the dawn is coming,” he shared.

The Weeknd is also creating a HBO series called The Idol.

WeeKND will star in and co-write a drama, which will follow a popular female pop star who begins a romance with an L.A. club owner, who doubles as the leader of a secret cult.

The WeekND will also executive produce, alongside Reza Fahim and Euphoria creator Sam Levinson. Joseph Epstein will serve as showrunner, while Mary Laws will join the team of co-writers and co-executive producers. The Weeknd confirmed the news via Twitter by sharing the title of the show and mentioning the network.

Already knowing the workings of Hollywood, WeeKND wrote and starred in an episode of the TBS' animated series, American Dad and played himself in the 2019 film, Uncut Gems, as well as voiced several characters on Adult Swim's animated series, Robot Chicken.

Earlier this year The WeeKND owned the Billboard Music Awards!

He walked away with the most wins, racking up 10 on the night, including Top Artist, Hot 100 Song and more. It was sweet revenge for The WeeKND who was shutout at the Grammy Awards with zero nominations.

The Weeknd called out the Recording Academy as corrupt, crooked, outdated, and out of touch, but he refrained from any Grammy talk during the BBMAs. Later in the show he performed his hit, "Save Your Tears," which he performed in a parking lot.

After, The Weeknd hit the Billboard party at The Nice Guy.
