The Miami HEAT unveiled their new City Edition uniform, āHEAT Culture!ā
The HEAT Culture campaign reflects the standard established by Pat Riley, since his arrival in the mid-90ās. HEAT Culture is a set of values, expectations, commitments, and customs to get 1% better every day.
āI set the template for it back in 1995 when I got here ā itās academic. Itās a Culture I think every professional team should start with...however, itās hard to do that because you have to have the total commitment, absolute total commitment, from players.ā Pat Riley said.
All former HEAT players will receive their own personalized āHEAT Culture jersey,ā including a message signed by Riley, Spoelstra, Andy Elisburg, and Micky and Nick Arison.
