Cardi B and Offset are facing a new lawsuit, as reported by TMZ. This lawsuit is related to one of Cardi B's singles from this year, "Like What (Freestyle)." During the release, the couple was together, and Offset, a former member of Migos, helped direct the music video. The video was primarily filmed in a modern luxury mansion in Beverly Hills, California. However, it is claimed that Cardi B and Offset did not pay the agreed rental fee. The property owner alleges that they avoided payment because they were aware of the high cost. Cardi B's team reportedly told the homeowner that someone else wanted to film a TikTok video, which led to the fee being waived. Now, the property owner is seeking over $35,000 in damages for what they describe as deceit. TMZ has attempted to contact Cardi B and Offset's representatives for a response but has not received any feedback. Since its release on YouTube six months ago, the music video has gained significant popularity, amassing over 27 million views.
