TEKASHI 6IX9INE: Sentencing Moved Up

TeeRoy's 2 Cents:

  • By this time next year, Tekashi could be home with a new album and a world tour.
  • He sang his heart out. Now he just has to hope it pays off.
  • Imagine after all this if they still throw the book at him.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is now set to learn his fate on December 18th.

The Brooklyn rapper requested that his sentencing be moved up from January 2020 now that he’s finished working with the feds. One week before Christmas is when Tekashi will learn just how much of a potential 47-year-plus sentence he will actually have to serve.

Given that he’s cooperated with authorities and already been in custody for over a year, the expectation is he’ll get off with something way less than the half-a-century bid he’s facing. (The Shade Room)
