Metro Boomin knows how hard it is out there for single mothers, and he's looking to lend a hand.
The rapper-producer has teamed with the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation for a new campaign called "Single Moms Are Superheroes." Boom launched the new program on Sunday by flying 26 moms and their kids from around the country to take in an Atlanta Falcons home game. He promises more aid, in the form of special events and educational efforts.
"Single Moms Are Superheroes" is a tribute to Metro Boomin's mother, Leslie Wayne, who was shot and killed by her husband this year. The gunman, who turned the gun on himself, was not the rapper's father. (HipHopDX)
