Thanks to a judge in Canada, citizens up north are officially permitted to flip the bird to anyone they want. Neall Epstein, a school teacher, was arrested on charges of criminal harassment after he “flipped off” his neighbor, Michael Naccache. The case dragged on for two years, but this past week, Quebec Judge Dennis Galiatsatos ruled, "It is not a crime to give someone the finger. Flipping the proverbial bird is a God-given, Charter-enshrined right that belongs to every red-blooded Canadian."
